i read the same info somewhere about 2 appointments already given, one by each side, almost right away and that a 3rd one (or a couple ) were suggested by both partys and neither party would agree on him/her. So icsid will appoint one on its own choice. in the meantime letters fly back and forth re "the 3rd man". (hmm!! Sounds like a movie) . shouldn't be long now though hopefully because the choice for the third one has been in the works awhile. like, one month maybe??

hopefully the stock will bounce up on the news when others know about it before we do.

Noticed GRZ dropped a huge amount yesterday. I don't hold any stock but that bothered me since there is impending news re: "the tribunal issues a decision on the production of documents" - June 9th 2011. Don't know today what it is but stock fell 40 cents yesterday i believe.

Gotta hope.
