August 15 will see disclosures of the Big Guys. Any Big Guys disclosing that they have stuck with this play might be considered good news.

This week, possibly next, should hear something about the second appeal decision to AMEX listing. Nothing disclosed by the Company about fundamentals changing, so likely will lose the second appeal. Could already be baked into sp.
