I must disagree with not being able to make an opinion out of other outcomes.

If VZ had won their last 10 cases I would say we are in tougher than I thought. If VZ had lost all 10 then I would say things look favourable for us. If VZ had won all their cases except for the Freshfield cases again it would look better for us.

I'm a firm believer that all information is valuable. It is up to us to find out if it will be an indicator of future results.
