there have been 5 concluded cases since the beginning of record keeping at icsid.

of the 5:

2 - discontinued (dont know why?)

1 - settlement (dont know how much)

2 - went to final award (fedax and autopista)

- the fedax case does'nt list any details so you dont know who won

- the autopista case resulted in an award (over $200mil i think)... they did'nt get awarded "lost profits" but the "exchange rate" and "interest" parts of the award seemed generous.

overall i think the concluded cases with venezuela are all to old to really learn much from. it seems the whole icsid system has changed since then especially with regard to BIT's.
