there's a lot of stuff going to hit the fan in ven the next year, hugo knows this....what if hugo rides out most of the next year in cuba while things fall apart in ven then emerges healthy right before the elections??? the ven people just might be dumb enough to think "man, things were really bad without huggy but now he's healthy and we're saved!"... 12 more years
