I agree with you EZ that the billion+ dollar arbitration case is the only thing KRY has to leverage.

The problem is.....that case is against Ven. So get in line and wait.

Also, since KRY sunk only about 500 million into Ven can we be sure or even confident that KRY will be awarded potential lost profits? Do we have solid historical evidence that the arb court has awarded potential lost profits to mining companies that got screwed over in the way KRY got screwed over?

Hopefully Fung can convince enough people, with the arb carrot, that KRY is worth funding through the many years we'll probably have to wait for any kind of payoff.

We'll see.
