Seems like there are three options, or a combination of them, following an arbitration award. (1) pay a significant one-time dividend, (2) hold a dutch auction to buy back the common stock, and (3) use the funds to seek other mining opportunities.

Our attorneys MIGHT be giving estimated probabilities on an award to Fung and the board, but that information would never (and should never) be made public.

IMO an AMEX re-listing is a waste of time and money. We were delisted because we are "no longer an operating company." Incidentally, we also now have an insufficient market cap.

Neither of these has anything to do with a low share price that would warrant a reverse split. I see no way that we could overcome the operating company issue at present. Moreover, it is a waste of management time and funds to try, considering that we cannot meet the required hurdles now. Management must focus on (1) financing the arbitration, (2) cutting costs and getting us to a substantial award. All else is irrelevant for them now.
