With money secured for the July payment the only focus left is new debt financing. This will be done to eliminate the bond holders from the equation.

One it is completed (soon I hear) then a new picture of where we are headed will become clear. Arbitration will take up to 2014 to be complete but if money is secured to see us to the end it becomes a matter of the amount of settlement and the cost of the new financing.
