It would not be suprising if the noteholders were to believe that a restructuring of the Notes could result in their ownership of most of the Company.

Jimmi, I almost blew oreos and milk out my nostrils when I read this slide... I am curious as to how this was explained at the AGM, as I am sure clarification was requested.
