Don- I read it like this: We are trading OTC because the AMEX rules specify this will happen while an appeal is processed. The company has 15 calendar days from June 1 to make an appeal to the delisting per AMEX rules. Since today is the 16th and I have not heard of an appeal being filed, I am now wondering if the BOD is reversing their previously stated intention (to stay listed on the AMEX). And IMO if they are deciding not to appeal, it is just another non-event in the long line of non-events and no reporting of just what in the dickens is going on.
