vlada, i'm guessing "gold editor" is'nt keeping up with the latest...

rusoro is claiming they hav'nt been able to sell outside of ven since march... the previous article qoutes them as saying the BCV says "no more outside sales" regardless of the resolution...it's amazing how little a "deal" means in ven....
