One of the excuses I had heard over and over regarding why we didn't file for arbitration earlier was that, once that happened, all we were able to get was damages. Now we're asking for reinstatement which doesn't jive with that. So why didn't we file a long time ago? This now seems like a monumental blunder as the process could be well along already like GRZ and we'd have some pressure on them.
