grz's at 1/4mil shares today. market cap approaching $170mil.... in those fateful words "somebody knows something", or somebody really wants a piece of thier arb case...

imo it does'nt really make sense at these levels to invest in a 4-5yr arb case.. best guess grz might be settling or buy out of some kind. i just dont see a rush of investment based on the arb case alone.
