I am actually happy we are on the OTC. I hope we stay here. There will be no reason to split the shares. I assume RF has appealed again so that he has time to pull off the split before a new ruling. Any money he attempts to acquire for financing is not going to come from regular channels that will require an AMEX listing. Loansharks and private money doesn't care.
