Yep LMD, very strange. It does seem to be prose designed only to help their appeal, which IMO, may also be why the reverse-split was thrown out there. Reactive, rather than proactive.
Plus, I intentionally did not mention something else about the changes in prose in my original post... ...There is a sentence conspicuously missing from earlier original PR prose:
"Crystallex shares trade on TSX (symbol: KRY) and NYSE-Amex (symbol: KRY)."
Obviously, we are now aware of no longer trading on the Amex. But, why would the part about trading on TSX disappear? Could the missing sentence be some sort of "hidden-out-in-the-open" disclosure indicating that maybe TSX is now on the hunt to also delist?
Just more speculation and rumor for the fire.
Without transparency, who knows.
