Am I the only one that finds it coincidental that we find out the latest attempt of the bondholders to "F" us and the AMEX de-listing notification on the same day? Never mind....the bondholders were obviously waiting for the de-listing to drop their bombshell....after all...the AMEX assertion that "KRY is no longer an operating company" will be Exibit 'A' in court.
