Well...we know why management got what they wanted last year....no surprise there.

Why will they get what they want this year? I thought the "big money" was smarter than that. Are you implying that sharing of insider information by management with "preferred shareholders" runs rampant and that there is behind the scenes collusion or simply that the big players are stupid?

For Fung and the rest of the club to think that shareholders will shower them with riches by voting "yes" at the AGM seems counterintuitive to me.....unless we are provided with a warm and fuzzy feeling prior to voting...like last year....or the big players have been tipped off as to when and how our bacon will be saved after the AGM. That, of course, would create a trading opportunity for those in the know....but that is against the law. Odd...no one seems to be able to provide a simple answer to this simple but fundamental question...not even Cividale.
