A.D.....you're preaching to the choir. My original question was (to paraphrase): "Why would a 'no' vote be symbolic?" I'm assuming there isn't anyone at this point who is happy with management's performance.....including big institutional holders.

Who are the "big players" that are going to vote yes to giving management more....and why?

Is there anyone out there who has not lost money on this investment? (besides Mineonmoney?)
