I honestly can't see anyone buying us out. How can a price tag be put on it. The equipment value minus the 100 million then add a speculation arb amount. That's the problem imo, speculating on the arb award in the end. It can't be done at this point, so how could anyone in thier right mind take a shot at buying a court case? Yes there has been lots of speculation on here as to what some think we are going to get but it's just that, speculation.
And who is in control does matter. It makes a big difference on one side of the table as to how, when or if a settlement can be reached.
If the crooks are in control of what is happening, we will run the arbitration course, imo.
