Most of us on here had had a bellyfull fo Hugo's antics back when Venezuela thumbed their nose at our posted permit bond. It sure looks like Fung took turned left (Chinese deal) when he should have turned right (arbitration) years ago. I think he should have immediately filed for arbitration and worked a deal with the Chinese on the side (i.e. go thru the back door with the Chinese rather than thru the front door). If he had done that we'd be months away from an arbitration decision right now...our shareprice would be much higher, we wouldn't be on the verge of bankruptcy...and there would be much greater incentive for Venezuela to accept a Chinese deal and the Chinese to give us better terms.
