on a retail level... it sounds rediculous but many of us have seen this many times. retail investors will drive the PPS of a .11 penny stock to $1 without ever looking at details of the company. when looking at a $1 and driving the pps to $10 they tend to look more at the little details like "market cap".... i'm pretty convinced this delisting issue has more to do with a buyout/merger than anything else.
what i'd love to see is an offer for merger/buyout then see a "competetive bidder" come off of the sidelines... if we had time on our side we'd be in good shape, let hugo get tossed or some of the icsid cases start to hit and things would look much different. unfortunately we dont have that luxury. see GRZ.
