GW,

It would seem to me that if RF had no valuable plan that he could rely on going forward then why go to the effort of staying listed on the AMEX? I mean if he knew his goose was cooked at this point wouldn't the board just let the company wind down and fall into bankruptcy? Why work it any longer?
