Hi Everyone!

I’ve been an owner of KRY since the Cramer pumps and a lurker here since day one when everyone abandoned Yahoo! I’ve read almost every post in the last 3 ½ years. Thanks to everyone that has participated here. It’s made a bad situation a little more tolerable hearing from people with similar stories. Before everyone here slowly disappears, I wanted to throw out this open letter to Hugo for thoughts. I know this is unlikely because nothing to this point has made sense, but it beats talking about Arnold!

Dear Hugo,

I’ve got an idea for resolution to the Las Cristinas/Las Brisas problem. It won’t cost you a dime, it gives you over half the gold, gets your communist buddies a ton of money for doing nothing, and gets you out of the arbitration jam you’re in with Gold Reserve and Crystallex.

Works for everybody!

Hire Rusoro/ Polyus/ CRRC, you name it, to manage both mines under one name.

They’ll get 9% of production from both mines just for doing paperwork.

They’ll hire Gold Reserve to mine Las Brisas. Give them their permit back.

They’ll get 40% of Las Brisas or 20% from combined project.

They’ll hire Crystallex to mine Las Cristinas. They'll need that permit.

They’ll get 40% of Las Cristinas or 20% from combined project.

Venezuela gets the rest. ( 51% of all production)

Everybodys happy!
