Is anyone surprised at the going concern issue?

The auditors have made note of a going concern issue in their opinion since at least the 2009 annual report.

Pretty much like de-listing, a non-issue. Any future for Crystallex remains completely based on whether Fung can finance arbitration and deal with the noteholders, so really nothing new -- same old questions.
