More than 500 miners showed up in the Plaza Bolivar, the capital bolivarense, to require the State Government to intervene in speeding up the conversion call mining.

This was reported by Santiago Ledezma, who is a miner, and on behalf of his colleagues reported that since 2008 the national government has not complied with this conversion.
