of the 172 cases registered from 1966- 2005' only 17 are still pending...all pending were registered from 01'-04'

14- are Vs argentina

1- Vs Barundi

and vannessa ventures V Venezuela....of the 226 cases registered since 04', vanessa is #17 of the oldest...what the hell is taking them so long??

i know vannessa's case is shaky, but IF vannessa was awarded something it might actually help our financing cause..also, it would set a pretty good precedent for venezuelas history with regard to LC.
