Does anyone know the the minimum number of days notification AMEX requires be given to shareholders ahead of a vote? Are these calender days or business days?

I've looked on the web and haven't been able to find anything definitive. Looks like the 40 calender day notice required for the "Notice Only" option is not applicable to the "Full Set Delivery" option. Couldn't find minimum required notice for "Full Set Delivery" option.
