I'd say KRY's/our level of desperation is far greater than Ven's.

Arbitration or settlements don't seem to phase Hugo one bit because, even if he loses in the future, he's able to tell the poor.... now.... that he kicked out the evil capitalistic Yankees.

So I guess my dream of getting back 50% of my investment is just another false hope.
