Can't they proceed with a lawsuit to get their principal back right now since KRY is no longer in business? I thought that I read that sometime ago.

I was wondering the same thing. Perhaps the bondholders would rather get what they can now (including the proceeds from the equipment) rather than wait for the crapshoot they call arbitration. Their past legal action seems to indicate that that is where they are coming from.
