My feeling is that the Chinese trust has been scorched pretty bad in the LC debacle and probably anything gold related in that area. I can see the Chinese walking away and not looking back at this venture. There is absolutely no reason to have any confidence going forward after reaching so called agreements with these VZ clowns.

Oil might and looks like a different set of game rules, at least as far as the Chinese may be concerned.
