Actually, GW, my favorite is KRY's statement: we do not expect bankruptcy.

They also said they didn't expect to have the permit rejected, the contract cancelled or the delisting.

Kinda makes you wonder, just what DOES Fung expect other than some class action lawsuits, (that will go nowhere) from angry investors.
