i was kinda wondering today.... if the fed does'nt have a budget and the govt is essentially non-solvent....do i still have to pay taxes?

i'll be filing an extension anyway but if they dont have an enforcement arm being funded...why would i pay?

i think we should all take advantage of this situation and offer various dept's of the US federal govt a new backer....i'll take the military...
