Amerix Shareholders Approve Special Resolution Authorizing Consolidation of Common Shares and Elect Additional Director
Amerix Precious Metals Corporation (TSX VENTURE: APM) ("Amerix" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that at a special meeting of shareholders held on April 7, 2011, the shareholders of the Company elected Mr. Robert Crombie to the Board of Directors, bringing the total number of directors to six. Mr. Crombie has over 18 years of mining-related financial experience and is currently President of Crystallex International Corporation.
