So if we found an investment group with cajonies (and that is phonic spelling at best) for 50M up front how about 10% of the settlement or a minimum of 100M, whichever is more, still a better deal than having to double the shares issued? I guess 50M is a lot, but I still remember when 5 million was a lot.
I asked some questions a few days ago about the Oil Companies VS. Venezuela arbitration cases - What their final settlement will be? No one replied to that. Venezuela is offering 10% of the original claim against them. So for us 10% of 3.8B would be 380 Million.
That said. If we end up settling for $380M that would then net the shareholders about $ .40 per share if the share number doubles to 730M. I guess that's why we have to dilute?
