Personally I still believe that there were and still are many things going on that we are not aware of.

I hope so.

Many of us were adamant about filing for arb after the permit was first denied. Unless Fung can pull a buyout or JV out of his hat, it looks like the "early pro-arb" crowd was right and Fung was wrong.
