What did I miss ?? Is the CRRC deal dead ?? I just read "discussions have been terminated" Is that from KRY in a news release or just a guess??

OF....I'll give you the politically correct response here.

By definition the Primary Binding Agreemnet is dead since it was predicated upon the MOC which was cancelled.

Although the CRRC deal is technically dead....this does not proscribe some other type of deal with the Chinese. Inasmuch as KRY owns all of the technical environmental\engineering data and is connected to a multi-billion dollar arbitration obligation hanging over the cesspool we call Venezela, one could argue that it would be in the best interests of all parties (given Venezuela's goal to eliminate any Canadian based [except Rusoro] company from the actual mining process) to reach an alternate arrangement with Crystallex (and presumably Gold Reserve).

The only alternative arrangement that makes sense would be a Chinese buyout. Whether this is possible is a function of how greedy and stupid Venezuela is in terms of dictating unreasonable terms that would make it impossible for China to offer KRY a buyout number that would be preferable to taking our chances on arbitration (with all the attendant financing pitfalls, etc.).

This is all inside stuff I've been able to ferret out over the past weeks so please don't tell anyone.
