I caught a bit of flack with my previous posts but I was just posting what I have been told many times by RM. He strongly stated that the only thing they are focused on is arbitration at this point in time. He is not aware of any other option for them. One of two things are possible. He is not in the loop or Crystallex is not in the loop but will be in the future. I hope all is well. I miss hearing from you and some of the others!!
