In that sense, we have proposed to Oswaldo Alvarez like a mechanism of acceleration of that joint that is required in the country, with the factor of which Alvarez has a democratic culture that nobody can question and without personal ambitions the necessity considers not only to change to Hugo Chavez by its person but by the reinstallation of the protagónica participating democracy, and for that reason we called to the Venezuelans to defend the Constitution.

How is obtained that agreement between the sectors in the middle of the polarization?

- Several things are needed, first to have intention unit, and that this is not a presidential candidate but the defense of the Magna Carta, without that no country it is sustained without having a law of laws.

And here the President of the Republic promoted a package of unconstitutional laws and nobody in says it to the country, nor the same deputies, and we must fortify the consitutionality.

Secondly they must not here have particular protagonisms, but a collective protagonism and that those that is created protagonists understand that it is not the country in favor of them, but they working in combination with that great country to be able together through a political strategy that not yet exists to promote the exit of the regime to supplant this that is tried to do by one more a fortified democracy than it takes like ingredient the respect to the institutions, the participation of a society in the construction of its destiny and not it participation in the construction of a political party.

And to understand that this is not about individualities but the great nation and the rescue of the values and principles like the freedom, democracy, peace and the encounter.

And the citizenship what?

- That way the thing begins. And this is not far from being realised. In Brazil a unionist took the power, with little knowledge but that respecting the institutions managed to put to Brazil in the situation in which it is, and thus more examples than we could put. That gives an idea us in what position we are and how the other countries have grown, for that reason the necessity, the conjunction of factors that they again direct to the country towards the democracy.
