Chancellor denounced that “ against all the political prisoners is being applied to a judicial terrorism ”

The intention with the measurement is to draw attention of the Judicial Power that has, where appropriate, not granted the benefits that correspond to him by to have fulfilled the 80 percent of a sentence of seven years and three days to him in prison.

The first day of the fasting passed with relative normality. The unique newness was a notification during the morning: it could not receive any visit.

“Against all the political prisoners a judicial terrorism is being applied. It is tried to use the Judicial Power to persecute political leaders. The due process is not fulfilled”.

It exposed especially now that breach of the had process has been seen perfectly reflected if so, that has fulfilled more than half of its sentence.

“In first stage I remained two years stopped with supposed danger of flight, although I fulfilled a presentation regime precise. They revoked me in the Court of Appeals and I was put under prison from the 15 of February of 2007”, recalled.

Political prisoner?

All the inhabitants of the Sifontes municipality were not shared in common with the measurement that adopted Carlos east Chancellor Monday. Some of them, adept to the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) catalogued the action like “part of the dirty game of the opposition”.

“If each person who commits a crime decides to become attached itself to the measures beginning by the opposition, as for example the hunger strikes, we asked ourselves then the judicial system will have to leave them in freedom and not to punish them by present besides the law? ”, Miguel questioned Blackberry, political leader of the party of Government in Sifontes.
