On AMEX - KRY sp still forming the Bearish flag. Some of this selling may be attributed to the recent bad global news. Daily technicals B-Bands are narrowing their range, which could go either way, and Stoch seems to be trying to go from Bearish to Bullish. Daily OBV still showing selling. However, yesterday's 15min technicals saw some accumulation on the 15min technicals for the last hour and a half, despite sp trending down - possibly cost averagers and new spec blood.

S&P and Dow set for a down day, if going by extended trading in pre-Market this morning as well as other world markets setting a trend overnight. However, have noted this before and has shown me to be a fool on more than one occasion. This Market is very resistant to going down, and tends to rebound (except last Thursday) to make up for losses in the afternoon. Important Fed meeting today about QE2. Japan news not better as Nikkei dumps for a second day to a two-year low and TEPCO again goes no bid (that is a very bad thing). Libya conflict sees oil export go to a trickle, but not enough to cancel lack of oil import in Japan. Saudi problems still there, just no news allowed out. Be aware and stay diversified.

Gold dumped big-time starting at about 730am et. Thought gold was a safe haven. Trading overnight trending down a bit then recovering while Honk Kong was open. After HK close, gold was flat for about an hour, then about midway during London trading it dumped hard, almost touching $1380.

World markets - Down overnight. Nikkei (Japan) down 10.6%, Hang Seng (HK) down 2.9%, DAX (Germany) down 4.6%, FTSE (UK) down 2.3%.
