All legal documents have dates which have to extended once they come due. KRY should, at least, be able to reveal these dates to share-holders and let us know whether or not the relevant dates have been extended. If these dates have not come due as yet, prior to their extension, KRY management has the right & responsibilty to relate to investors as to what's been going on, what progress is being achieved, what are the other options, what kind of time frame are we looking at on the various options and what is outlook for success. Being bound to a contractual indefinitely is not legally enforceable in any legal documentation that I've ever encountered & I deal with them everyday.
