Sorry for the garbled post. What I meant to say was that contracts have due dates. Unless the dates are extended, contracts become null & void unless they contain extension clauses. I assume the JV was not completed due to the MOC cancellation, therefore KRY is no longer committed to the proposed agreement unless there was either an extension clause built-in to the JV contract or unless KRY & CRRC agreed to an extension. If the agreement has been extended or contains a built-in extension period management should confirm it and tell us what is the due date of the extension. If there is no agreed extension than there is no valid agreement in place and this should be confirmed. In this case, why doesn't management enlighten us on what has been going on and what they are planning since they are no longer committed to remaining silent?
