Good Morning CJ-- I don't know for sure but way back in 2009 or early 2010 there was an article about the rail system being put in by the Chinese. The outfit that was to build it was from China but it was not crrc. Sorry, I don't know how to go back to find it.I'm just not very good with this damn computer thing. OF
