Decided to take a break from doing the "livin' large sixteen cent enhanced shareholder value victory dance" around the crib. Seems like management should have filed arb 2 years ago if they truly wanted to enhance shareholder value. Not to worry....they just need to vote themselves another tranche of dirt cheap stock options.
