i think a new bond issuance is probably more likely to raise $140mil than a share issuance...with a billion share issuance you could effectively sell controlling interest in the company for about $100mil....

example- "i'll give you $150mil to pay off existing notes and finance arbitration. the new notes will be payable at a compounded rate of 14% per annum and are due january 1st, 2016...."
