what exactly do we need RM for? dont we need lawyers and financing instead?
i'm completely amazed that no shareholder/noteholder has taken over this company yet. if anyone showed up and said "hey shareholders, i'll finance kry's arbitration if you vote me in" i think he'd have it....
my best guess is that $1bil-$1 1/2bil is pretty certain for a final icsid claim based on past judgements (that does not include "lost profit" as lost profit is not a certainty with icsid)
WORST CASE- lets say it takes 5 years for a decision. very simply if an entity put 100mil into noteholders, 100mil into legal costs and $200mil into shareholders they'd have a pretty good investment for $400mil, with a 3x return in 5 years and the possibility of much more...i think this is do-able....
i know many here would not be happy with .50 share today but 1% of something is better than 100% of nothing. and the fact is that the majority of shareholders dont live on this board..personally i'd rather have .50 today than $1, 5 years from now...
