My sense is there will never be a one lump sum finance plan that will act as a reserve to see us through the entirety of a protracted arbitration process.

Instead it will be piecemeal on a need to have basis. First, we will live off what is left of the Bought Deal. Then we will extend ourselves with monies from selling the equipment.

Then Fung will come up with a share dilution scheme to see us through another period time.

They are probably operating under the assumption that a resolution will happen sooner rather than later.
