Vet, you have chosen to only use part of the PR when you said they are requesting a restitution including the MOC.

Good point RedRock... The latest PR does say that KRY has filed a request for arbitration, but it also states that they are requesting a restitution including the MOC.

Here is the actual quote:

Crystallex seeks the restitution by Venezuela of Crystallex's investments, including the MOC, and the issuance of the Permit and compensation for interim losses suffered, or, alternatively full compensation for the value of its investment in an amount in excess of US$3.8 billion.

KRY doesn`t want the MOC reinstated. It wants both the MOC and permit as well as monetary compensation. This won`t delay anything because all we were waiting on is the permit.
