Teutracker, there is nothing conflicting in my statements at all.

I am merely saying that KRY should simply and immediately put all efforts into ICSID arbitration and stop all the posturing and demands about getting their contract back and getting a permit. It won't happen and all it does is create delay which is exactly what suits Venezuela.

What would you say if Venezuela did suddenly come out and say that they are reconsidering the position, and would KRY please stop the arbitration application while they looked into it again.

WOULD YOU TRUST THEM CONSIDERING THEIR PAST PERFORMANCE?
