Because CRRC made the move to get into the JV in the first place, I don't believe it was "purely" speculative. They didn't have to put much skin in the game to get into the game but once in. then the US$ reserves could have be spent to bring the project into fruition. Venture capital spent to say the least but nothing more. I don't think they are going anywhere because they realize the potential and, although disappointed and frustrated, neither am I. There's more to this game than we can see.
